Shipping Rates

 - Enjoy FREE shipping within Ontario for Pots and Accessories.
 - For other Canadian and US provinces, shipping rates are based on Canada Post rates.
 - Please note that products in the planted section are not shipped; they are only available for in-person purchase.

 

Delivery Time Frames

 We endeavor to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days upon order confirmation. Estimated delivery times within the Ontario are as follows but are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays:

• Standard Delivery: Approximately 5-7 business days
• Expedited Delivery: Available upon request with additional charges

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed during our operational hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
