Geographical Shipping Limitation

 Shipping services are strictly available within the boundaries of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Orders with delivery addresses outside of the GTA cannot be processed now.

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of the total value. We’ve simplified our shipping to make it easier and more cost-effective for you to bring nature into your home. 

 

Delivery Time Frames

 We endeavor to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days upon order confirmation. Estimated delivery times within the GTA are as follows but are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays:

  • Standard Delivery: Approximately 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Delivery: Available upon request with additional charges

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed during our operational hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

 Segol recognizes that certain weather conditions may pose a risk to the quality of our plants during transit. In such events, we reserve the right to postpone delivery until safer conditions prevail.
